Jay K. Perry was born and raised in Fallbrook, California and spent his childhood there. He moved from California to Phoenix, Arizona in 1993 to attend college and has lived here ever since.
He was married in 1997 and now has three beautiful children and lives happily in Peoria, Arizona.

Biography
Jay K. Perry is President of Kramer and Kramer Estate Planning Arizona; he is a Master Certified Estate Planner with the American Academy of Certified Estate Planners in Lafayette, Indiana. Jay has been in estate planning for 11 years. He is a trained and experienced in all areas of estate planning. He handles his clientele with quality care, expertise, precision and goes beyond the call of duty in customer service. Jay is hard working, ambitious, and most importantly his clients respect and trust him.
He has also branched out into other areas of investments. He has attended the investment seminars of such people as Robert Kiyosaki and Bryan Allan. Jay owns Millions of dollars of Commercial and Residential Real Estate. He has become partners with Greg Moser to create Beneficial Real Estate Solutions, L.L.C. Through management and property rehab experience, Jay and Greg are the perfect team for Real Estate Investment. They both believe in the concept of everyone making money and use their expertise to help their clients increase their financial future.
